We're looking at StumbleUpon. Users literally "stumble upon" web sites. The idea is the more your site gets "stumbled" the more people will be "recommending it".

Users can also rate the sites - it's a great way of getting traffic.   Stumbleupon has a massive user base, but is often overlooked as a traffic generating tool.
